We will be utilizing the parking lot by the stadium/pool. We will be using the cafeteria and just inside the doors to the cafeteria.  We will be utilizing the entire parking lot and sidewalk areas.  I tried to reserve the band room and the parking lto as well.  Last year we had band traffic while we had runners on the course and at the starting line.  We would request per our talk with Jarrett that we have no other events using that parking lot until our 5k is over at about 12pm.  Event contacts are Annika aewaldz@ppymca.org, Kate Noonan knoonan@ppymca.org, Jillian Scaggs jscaggs@ppymca.org.
