Class of 2013 Graduate Reunion

Hii!  I am trying to request to rent the cafeteria for 3 hours on July 15 2023 for the 10 year high school graduation reunion class of 2013. I've attempted to call the school multiple times to make a request, I was told instead of talking with the principle to reach out to Mr. Felice directly. I sent an email, no response. 100 ppl max.
