Mesa - Cub Scout Pack 911 Pinewood Derby Race

Cub Scout Pack 911 is hosting our annual Pinewood Derby Race. Around 40 Scouts, ages 5 to 11, plus their families, will be attending this event. We will set up a Pinewood Derby track, approximately 30 feet long, for Scouts to race their Pinewood Derby cars on. The event will take around 3-4 hours, plus 2-3 hours of setup and teardown.

Notes

This is our first time requesting a reservation through FFC8.

We would like to bring food in if at all possible.

We can do all the setup and teardown and will ensure the site is cleaned thoroughly.

If possible, we would like to utilize chairs and a few tables.
